About Tutoring's Instructor Positions:
TUTORING is a leading B2B language program provider, specializing in customized courses for business communication, general conversation, business skills, OPIc preparation, and 1:1 executive coaching. We proudly serve major Korean corporations, tailoring our programs to meet their specific needs.
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated corporate business English instructors residing in South Korea with a valid F visa. If you are passionate about teaching, have a strong background in business English instruction, and are committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:
- Role: Offline corporate business English instructor
- Location: On-site, South Korea
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Teaching Focus: Business English for adult learners
- Class Schedule: Varies by course
Compensation:
As part of our instructor promotion, Tutoring offers a 10% increase on the base compensation rate for the first three months of the contract.
- Native Instructors (F2/F5/F6/F7 Visas):
-Base Rate: 55,000 KRW per hour
-Promotional Rate (First 3 months): 60,000 KRW per hour
- Gyopo Instructors (F4 Visa) & Korean Nationals (Native Fluency):
-Base Rate: 45,000 KRW per hour
-Promotional Rate (First 3 months): 49,000 KRW per hour
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Language Proficiency: Native English proficiency with a native accent
Korean nationals with native-level English proficiency and accent are also encouraged to apply
- Visa Status: Valid F visa holders currently residing in South Korea
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching corporate business English in South Korea
- Nationality: Passport holder from the Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UK, or US only
Preferred:
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Friendly, passionate, and responsible individuals who are committed to student success
- Advanced degrees (MBA, Business, Finance, Law, or Medical) are a plus
- Strong experience teaching business/conversational English to adult learners in both 1:1 and group settings
